Pandora FC Team Policies

1. Attendance

Your team is counting on you, and your attendance at each game is very important. If you have a conflict please notify the team management as soon as possible and before Friday on game week. Missing two consecutive games without providing notice will result in termination and replacement by another player, no questions asked. Missing weekly practice without notice will get you benched in the upcoming game.

2. Punctuality

Please be ready to warm-up at the field at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each game. Players who are not on time will be benched until the second half. If you are riding in a carpool, make sure that everyone in that carpool is on time, otherwise all players risk being benched.

This means, that you are supposed to get to the field EARLIER THAN 30 minutes before the game and prepare for warmup.

3. Fees

The fees you pay are turned in to the league immediately. Therefore if you chose to resign during the season or are terminated because of behavior issues, there is no refund.

4. Practice

In order to maintain team fitness and form, we will try to hold team practices weekly. Players must attend at least one team practice per week. Practice date & time (if not advised in advance) will be provided before or after each league game on Sunday for the following week. Missing practices (with or without excuse) will result in limited playing time for the following game. Playing time for each player is at the discretion of the coach/manager.
